what does MBX's chart say?

I've held onto this stock for some time now, and I expect it to rally in the long term. However, for short-term players, has anyone paid attention to this stocks trading pattern? Look at its 1-year graph; it looks like a heartbeat on an oscilloscope, ready for another pulse by month-end! There also seems to be resistance at the levels it's trading at now. Comments?
