monty=arimb=reliable... if your so worried about shareholders, why not ask your dad why he issued so much paper? He increased the amaount of paper by 50% (with a like amount in options that can be issued if the price goes up), squandered the cash, and lied about what was happening. And you now complain about someone exposing this fraud... why not admit you have a ton of paper you want to unload and the only way you are going to do it is via lies, since your too lazy to do an honest day's work...
