Last I checked NONE OF 3Cs pilots were UNIONIZED, only ROYALs. The fact in the matter, and I consulted a ghigh ranking Union official (unrelated) was that the Union thought management was lying to them. Managament wasnt, so they pulled the pin. You can spin it anyway you want, but creditors are not provided with legal right to sieze aircraft when protected by a countries Bankruptcy Laws. It is my contention this whole fiasco falls on the shoulders of ALPA. jmo.
