Oncolytics Biotech Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. prostate delay

Is it possible that BT is dragging his feet on the prostate trials in anticipation of a near-term human partnership? If this partnership were to materialize, and the partner took the ball and ran with it (likely with US systemic trials?) then the prostate trials could be unecessary. ONC has stated all along that Reovirus works best with fast growing cancers. I think the solid mass of a prostate tumor does not hold much excitement for them.
