Looks like some folks decided to swap debt for stock. I guess that's better than zip. No choice here. Trouble is, the same insiders responsible for this fiasco in the first place, are still around. And they've proven what they are good for (nothing?). Only now they are more or less penniless, and have a reputation that will ensure no one will come around. Sort of like a skunk - that nobody wants to come near. So, there will be all these mega tons of paper looking for a buyer, and no operating cash. Perhaps this buys time (another year?) to find a buyer for some moose pasture... are there any moose herders out there looking for some cheap pasture?
