state of denial

state of denialAmazing to see how investors (if you want to call them that) stay married to their stock till the bitter end. No matter how low it goes, this must be the bottom they say. And then they get mad when anyone says otherwise. Sounds like a state of denial. Tough to correct a problem or situation if you feel all is well. I use to hang on to stocks hoping, wishing, praying that they will rebound, only to see them go under. Now I cut my loses and move on. There are plenty of stocks in this world. Cast out the bad and keep the good. HML, although it may have potential, has some serious cash problems. I've seen many companies with fantastic potential fail because they ran out of cash. The market truly is the best teacher, and I for one have learnt a few lessons.
