Everyone has a price at which they are willing to sell, and I am concerned more than half of shares might be available to someone who will offer 10. It's actually nothing more than a guess of mine, and there is no way to know, so if you think it's higher well, you're probably right. As for dilution, I meant in the case that Placer doesn't back in, we will see a big increase, but PDG funding obligations will be elminated, and I think some major will be needed to help fund the project. I still think NRI will reach somewhere between 15 and 40 in the end.
