If you take a look at the intraday a lot was sold off as soon as 4$ was hit, stop losses I suspect. In general I suspect some people were only in for the Placer announcement hoping to make a quick buck, but not much happened so they got out. Probably won't see much happen until mid March if the new estimate is very favourable. I don't think very much will happen until the project advances a bit more, or PDG falls apart, or something else I can't think of right now.
