RE: DTM 5I know it hurts a Cartier advisor to see that a firm with less Assets and advisors sells for more than CArtier. It could only mean one thing the Cartier advisor's are deemed inferior and this is what hurts the most. Bottom line CArtie was the big loser in the consolidation game. The advisors and their management could have picked IPC or Dundee or Assante. But no they chose the Cartier. WHat a shame. Once of the other three consolidators picks them up, maybe they can pretty them up. I wonder if the Investment banker for Cartier is Merryl Lynch. We all remember the commercial "boys let's put some lipstick on that pig"
