Given that an investment banker has been hired and they are for sale, and you "CLAIM" there is so much value here, That there are so many buyers "CI, AMEX, Dundee, etc... how do you explain this. Why would he force someone to buy for 63 cents, when you claim because of your superior knowledge, that this company should go for 1.61 plus greater management, technology, advisors then IPC. You yourself stated that 1.61 for cartier would be the equivalent of the bid IPC received. Why is it that their major founder sold for 1/3 of the IPC equivalent ? Please answer the question.
