Its special because

Its special becauseIt MAY be special for many reasons... 1. They need to get shareholder approval for new shares. Dilution. 2. Increase compensation for the board 3. Looking into a reverse split. 4. Of course Survivor who devotes his entire life on this board probably spends more time on this board and this company then the entire board of directors do for work will suddenly get a life and will not show up to the meeting. Or will keep a low profile and not tell anyone who he is. Right survivor? So can we meet or will you suddenly get a life?
