One has to like Spectrum with 20MM shs, half owned by NRI, $4.5 MM cash put into it plus selected properties and work in progress. But share price fluctuations! Bang to $2.95 then 2.30 and a 2.45 close Mon for a start. Then 2.49 to 2.14 and a 2.19 close Tues and an odd lot tumble at the close, never seen anything like that. So with the 2.15 AM low Wed and a slow start back I bot 1000 @ 2.25 at the mkt with a 2.20 to 2.25 spread up from 2.15 to 2.20 moments before. The rest is a 2.50 hi, 2.40 close, and 2.49 to a 3.15 close today! Sorry that,s all I could swing in wife's acct. Made $ in NRI from .90 to 6, regret not getting back in, but perhaps this will outperform NRI for a bit. You have to give credit to the fellows that stole so much of this from good old PDG. God bless JR mgmt like these fellows and the HD crew who put together NDM from Teck-Cominco. Hi grade US 30 yr. Tsy's, anyone? That's what my trust dept buddies say.
