I don't believe that statement is necessarily true. The assays were good, but they were not new drill holes, but rather re-assays of the previous cores using a different assay methodology (screen metallic assays), as opposed to the original assays which employed standard fire assays.
I doubt that the market places too much premium on other assay methods at this time, given the market scams that occured not that long ago with the "desert dirt" gold plays in Arizona who employed non-standard methods.
That's not to say there's anything amiss with BRI's screen metallic assays; I have no idea what they are. But in these post-BreX, post-desert dirt days, the market only places value on fire assays, at least as far as I can see.
But their fire assay results were good too. I expect BRI will improve with the impending drill program(s).
It actually hasn't been that bad, considering 1) the sudden death of Mr. Fisher, who was a very capable promoter, and 2) the big pullback in the gold market.
