RE: News is out! Raising $$$; Awaiting Permits

RE: News is out! Raising $$$; Awaiting PermitsThere will over 45 million shares outstanding after these shares are issues. I am a little surprised at the amount of financing being done at this point. They are raising much more money (3-4 times more) than is required to get the quartz project underway. This is both good news and bad news. Bad news because the dilution at these low levels will mean a lower stock price in the future. Good news because it seems that the project will finally get going since all the insiders and friends of insiders have got their fill of cheap shares. As a retail investor, the only way to reduce the effects of the dilution is to try to pick up some of these cheap shares (ie the 50 cent ones).
