Goldeye Explorations (GGY.V) Geologists Mobilized To Begin Evaluation Of Sonia Project In Chile. Drill Program Planned To Test Area Where 5m Channel Sample Assayed 7.75 g/t Au and 218 g/t Ag

TORONTO, ONTARIO--Goldeye Explorations Limited has commenced evaluation of its Sonia-Puma Property, Region V, central Chile. The work program will establish the logistical framework for a 1000 meter drill program to test the Sonia zone (5 meters of 7.75 g/t Au and 218 g/t Ag) and further evaluate the property and surrounding areas by prospecting, geological evaluation and sampling.
The Company has recently increased the size of the Sonia Puma property from 40 to 52 square kilometers covering two additional areas of reported gold-silver mineralization. Prospecting, geological investigation and sampling will be concentrated in these areas
In preparation for the drill program Goldeye plans to commence the permitting process, lay out a drill access road to the Paso del Inca and Sonia areas and locate the initial drill holes.
In the Tyrrell township property located 100 km south of Timmins Ontario, a 2504 meter 17 hole drill program has been completed. The drill program extended the North LaCarte Zone (H-03-06 intersected 9.4m of 7.2 g/t Au reported Dec 31/03) 125 meters to the east for a total length of 165 meters. Within that extension hole H-04-22 cut 2.16 g/t Au over 3.3 meters on section 106+75E. On section 107+25E, hole H-04-23 cut 2.14 g/t Au over 5.87 meters including 3.13 g/t Au over 2.2 meters. A second zone (H-3) lies 30 meters south of the North Lacarte Zone and it was also extended to the east. On section 10612.5E, H-04-18 cut 3.22 g/t Au over 1.8 meters; 20 meters deeper on the same section H-04-19 cut 3.56 g/t Au over 12.13 meters. This included 7.31 g/t Au over 2.95 meters and 3.77 over 4.87 meters.
On section 108+00E two deep holes tested the west extension of 14 meters of 4.28 g/t Au intersected from 338m to 352m in hole H-96-23. Hole H-04-27 intersected a 20 meter zone of disseminated pyrite and quartz veining 50 meters to the west and 50 meters above the intersection of hole HC-96-23. The remaining core is being logged and sampled. Program results are being compiled and interpreted to plan further drilling.
Goldeye and Temex Resources Corp., project operator, are starting a Spectral IP survey on the Juby North property to follow up on geochemical anomalies from a 1998 geochemical survey and grab samples (4.44 g/t Au) collected in the fall of 2003. Detailed airborne magnetics data show a strong structural feature with a strike of 320( crossing the Juby North property and continuing into the Juby Lease.
Goldeye would like to thank the PDAC for inviting the company to display at the Core Shack during the recent PDAC Convention. Goldeye is pleased and encouraged by the level of interest that the LaCarte North Zone project received.
