PRD VS IFR

PRD VS IFRCould someone educate me please?? I have gone to the IFR web page and they indicate that property where Wilma is own by them and their partners. IFR own's 7 % I beleive and does not mentione PRD. On the other hand prd mentiones on their web site that they own the land. Could someone clarify this for me?? thanks
