will be interesting to find out how Cisco responds... But they sure need to get their story straight and since they started a similar case (back when Radiata was around) using the defence we have not sold and don't intend to sell products with OFDM technology in Canada. In my opinion they must on some level believe in the validity of Wi-lan's patents.... otherwise they would have just used the defence we don't infringe or something along those lines. Also because they told Canadian courts they had no plans on selling any products in Canada, they are in a sense cornered because now they have sold products in Canada in contradiction to what they told them earlier. Like everyone else, very curious as to what is going to happen
