Primary Symbol: PSP

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the Red Rocks Global Listed Private Equity Index. The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in securities (including American depositary receipts (ADRs) and global depositary receipts (GDRs)) that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index is composed of securities, ADRs and GDRs of 40 to 75 private equity companies, including business development companies (BDCs), master limited partnerships (MLPs) and other vehicles.

RE: CEP will buyout PSPRumurs, I'm glad I made you laugh. Brad Field is a promoter and he's doing a fine job at the moment, it won't last. He has already approached CEP and they are not interested in PSP. The stock price is ahead of itself, it's only really worth about .30 cents. Remember, they have only signed a 'Letter of Intent', that doesn't mean a whole lot. This company will continue to issue more and more stock and more and more options and we all know what that does. Like I said, I sold my shares yesterday and I'm happy with my profit. I'll revisit this after Christmas. Once again, good luck to you.
