The agreement, which Bryden had proposed to avoid personal bankruptcy, requires court ratification. Bryden files for bankruptcy protection By PAUL WALDIE Friday, November 19, 2004, Page S7 Former Ottawa Senators owner Rod Bryden has filed for a form of bankruptcy protection in order to eliminate $59-million in personal debt.
