RE: Takeover happens ...We would be sold short at the announced price. I won't be voting in favour of it. I highly doubt Fidelity Management will vote in favour of it. I doubt Canaccord Capital will advise their clients to vote in favour of it. Remember, Canaccord has been accumulating shares for the past 4 months and won't let them go without a fight IMHO. The market is the smartest investor of all, today the market is not excited about this deal and in fact could force this stock into the red by the close.
