How hard is it?

How hard is it?Someone in the business please tell me - How hard is it to find oil and gas when you are an oil and gas company? What is this company doing differently than say peyto? I just watched in amazement peyto jump 2.50 today to over 50 dollars. No news nothing. I just wonder what is going on there day to day. How long should it take? How long should I wait for them to find something? I have been waiting since 1.50 (at which time peyto was 12 dollars). If someone could enlighten me on industry standards that would be great. stone.
