NR, BCE, UBS

NR, BCE, UBSMBVN and all others who will read this post, This is do or die time or UBS. The only way UBS can survive in this market environment is to win the lawsuit against INUKSHUK/MICROCELL/ROGERS/ALLSTREAM NR was NOT mentioned in the suit and as such, BCE was able to partner with them. Furthermore, this JV between BCE and NR is dependent on ROGERS approving the participation of INUKSHUK in this deal. If they proceed with this new JV, it will be ANOTHER violation to the exclusivity contract that was made b/w UBS and Inukshuk. Did you notice that ROGERS failed to comment on the new partnership and if it will participate with BCE or not? Therefore, if UBS wins the lawsuit against ROGERS/MICROCELL/INUKSHUK/ALLSTREAM, we get $480M or vice versa, we get exclusive spectrum rights. If we lose, well..... It will be a sad day in the world of DAbramov. Good luck to all! P.S. anyone see the News Release on UBS' website? here's the direct link: I Found this article on UBS' website, released 1 week ago on MARCH 1st, 2005 https://www.uniquebroadband.com/DVB-H%20to%20deliver%20Digital%20TV%20to%20Handheld%20Terminals.pdf Looks good, but damn it we're moving slow on this baby! Good luck! D-man
