RE: NR, BCE, UBSALLSTREAM Not OFF THE HOOK, this was discussed at the AGM. They've sold back their share in the JV, but it doesn't mean that they're not responsible for violating the contract UBS, ALLSTREAM, MICROCELL & INUKSHUK had to each other (verbal as it was). RFP (if you bothered to look into the release) stands for: Request For Proposal, or something along those lines, i'm working off memory here. UBS still has a very good shot at this, but again it must be settled in and out of court and a contract must be announced with a "partner". I believe that partner MAY very well be BCE & NR as the previous JV also included NR Comm. Remember, BCE & NR are still missing the spectrum rights of INUKSHUK. LOK has spectrum rights also, don't forget that as well. INUKSHUK's role was central as it EXPANDED the spectrum limitations that LOOK and UBS have. I hope that explains it. D-man
