RE: SCC downgraded !My congrats too, Techguru, However I am stunned. SCC up nearly 50 % Why ? Revenue and earnings been flat for the past few years - strategies not working going foreward - restatement of earnings report yet to come - resulting in eps dropping by $0.10 - pushing P/E over 19. Sector in doldrum - more competitors coming aboard - downgraded - fined $487,000 - etc - etc. This premium that is built in the price is even higher than if there was a real take over. This is manipulation at its best.
