The Company also provides management services for the development of resort condominium residences in Hainan island in the PRC. Its management services include accounting and banking services; planning and budgeting services; assisting with obtaining licensing and permits, and quarterly reporting in respect of engineering work.

RE: National Bankif news is just around the corner- the stock price sure has a funny way of showing it. wouldn't we expect volume with an INCREASE in stock price on rumour of news? not a decrease in sp with volume like today? somethings not right. National is filling it boots- that is for sure. but there are plenty of sellers which is the strange part.
