Yes, but cheaper offshore companies have the language barrier issue to contend with. People screemed when Dell outsourced their call center to India. They moved the commercial product support back because of it.
I recon IPX wants to be the gap between outsourcing to India and providing support in-house. The trick is to prove that their buesiness model is scalable, something that has yet to be proven by IPX.
