SIR Royalty Income Fund (the Fund) holds investment in SIR Corp (SIR). The Funds' investment, SIR is engaged in the business of owning and operating full-service restaurants in Canada. SIR has concept restaurant brands, including Jack Astor’s Bar and Grill, Scaddabush Italian Kitchen & Bar, and Canyon Creek Chop House, signature restaurant brands, such as Reds Wine Tavern, Reds Midtown Tavern, Reds Square One, and The Loose Moose, which are used by SIR under a license agreement with SIR Royalty Limited Partnership (the Partnership. The Fund receives distribution income from its investment in the Partnership and interest income from the SIR Loan. The Fund indirectly participates in the revenues generated under the License and Royalty Agreement through its Investment in the Partnership.

RE: improving results

Looks like a decent report. The return of hockey should help big time especially with the 2 new additions coming in January. I attended a Leaf game in October and dined at the Jack's nearby before the game and it was packed with line ups the entire time I was there. I took a group of 15 co-workers from out of town there last Thursday evening for dinner and it was also very busy. This was not a Leaf game night. The bar was also very busy. I will watching for the next earnings report out from SIR Corp for signs of improved earnings. I see they are changing the CFO. This could be a good thing. Cheers!!!
