RE: materiality

RE: materialityI am curious as to when does a false rumor become a lie? I also find it curious that some people are hearing "rumors" and others are not. In a previous post I asked what the Lenecs were saying, and no response. If the Lenecs are saying nothing, then who is doing the promoting (lying?)? In that same post I stated that it looked like someone was moving the share price up to blow off paper, options, warrants, whatever for Christmas, as this seems to be a trend from time to time. This is hilarious in a way because as the old "Cry Wolf" story goes...perhaps if a deal of any sort is eventually signed (I should live so long), the stock may not move up in price as no-one will believe it. I have signed deals with mining majors in the past and I believ the longest took about 8 months to ratify. So what the f&*% is going on here?????
