I've always been curious about ABCL becauwse one of its owned buidlings is just a few blocks from me here.  So I've had the sense that even if all else goes bad, sale or lease of the property wouild be able to help out the balance sheet a while. But even that value's dropping now.  

They actually have their name on quite a few buildings here, but I know one of them is a lease, and suspect many of the others are as well.
