Gordon Flatt sold 3 million shares at $40 April 23rd and now he is paying more to start re-acquiring them 4 months later?? That is very strange indeed.

As the saying goes, insiders sell shares for a multitude of reasons but they only buy them for one (future share price appreciation). GLTA

Yes but this is weird. Why would you sell in April only to buy back in September? There is no profit in that. Unless he sold to take advantage of losses he had in the stock market. Hmmm options maybe. Wierd.

No profit? He is actually paying more for the shares than what he sold. ANother strange thing, reports say Sentinel Capital sold all their 3.390 million shares on Sept 9 in the public market. Does not appear in the volume for that day. Beggining to think these reports are not all that accurate.
