Not keeping

I have a substantial amount of shares in multiple accounts.  For my own due diligence I have done the math on this resource based upon information in the videos from CEO at the recent conferences.

If you are not getting the hint of where this is going,I'm not sure what to say.

while I too used to think .43 is over a double for me, I now realize this is intentionaly being kept down for some reason.  My guess was that it is due to there being an "out" for AMK under the offer.  By being kept "low" it makes some nervous nelly investors who don't do their due dilligence get anxious and want out, and another someone is always there to pick up those shares.

As we get closer to mid-oct you will see this rise.  I personally think we are within a few weeks of a competing bid, especially since TUD is "shining bright like a diamond"

Anyways,  sorry for long ramble.  At this point I am voting against a .43 but might be persuaded with a buck  :)

What's TUD selling for right now? Give me that and I'll make a lateral move.
Comment by BigValuehunter on Sep 23, 2024 2:54pm
TUD is tradin at $1.16 which gives it a market cap of $267 million.  TUD owns 60% of Treaty Creek and AMK owns 20% and has a $124 million market cap at current price.  50% of TUDs when it should be 33%.  If someone offered $1.15 for AMK which is what you say you would accept, that would value AMKs 20% $517 million vs TUDs 60% at $267 million.  What you are suggestion is?  ...more

My logic is the 0.43 is a ripoff and we should be getting closer to a dollar as a buyout. Maybe an even trade with TUD is a fantasy but 0.80 would be more realistic.

Garzils, I still dont get it.  TUD and AMK own the SAME thing except TUD owns 3 times as much as AMK.  Right now AMK is already trading 50% over that relative value, the bid places it at a 150% premium and 80 cents would put it at a 325% premium to TUD.

True but we're talking about a buyout. Don't insult me with scraps. TUD should be higher too but it's not the subject of a buyout at this time.
Comment by garzillalives on Sep 23, 2024 3:49pm
By scraps I mean Cunningham.

Dont insult you with Cunninghams?  I dont get it. Thanks.

Cunningham offering scraps.
Comment by BigValuehunter on Sep 23, 2024 3:50pm
Garz, Exactly.  AMK is the subject of a buyouit.  So why not take the 43 cents and put it into TUD for the big payday?
Comment by garzillalives on Sep 23, 2024 4:39pm
That's what I plan on doing. I have been accumulating AMK stock for years, even back before AMK and TUO had their dispute. Maybe I'm too emotionally attached (or greedy) but I'm just pissed that I waited all this time for a paltry 0.43. I will be making the move when the time comes but I feel like I shouldn't have to be forced to do it.
Comment by BigValuehunter on Sep 23, 2024 2:27pm
Thanks Firestarter, If there was a conspiracy to keep this low, I'd as least expect some volume.  But for a company with 450 million shares, volume is nothing. Tiny. Also, if Cunningham is buying all the shares for 43 cetns, why are they not buying in the market at 27 cents.  They are allowed to although they must disclose given the deal.  I have not seen them buy anyt shares ...more

What doesn’t fit  Larry, is you!  We're just accumulating, and waiting for the buyout to conclude  ;)
Comment by BigValuehunter on Sep 23, 2024 2:57pm
Who is Larry?  Does he another imaginary "shareholder" that does not care if the deal falls through? Anyone here have any advice aside from blinkly declaring that it doesnt matter if AMK deal falls through?

>BigLarryHunter. You arguing with yourself just to raised doubt, maybe you should sell and move along. Bye, don't let the door hit you.........
