Maybe but they aren't all one entity. They need to buy the parts to get the whole. And right now they could be buying all three cheap by buying shares.

Where did AMK come up with this $209 m   number ?  Who believes that's fair value or a way to draw in outside interest!  Just seems low balling to me  Treaty Creek is worth Billion$
