Questions about ADA

Eventhough I am long on this company, I do have a few questions. Has anyone spoken to new management about there cashflow situation? Will they need to raise funds soon, I know that the 10 million has mostly been spent at this point in repaying RRO and continuing to drill beaver dam? If they need cash how are they planning on raising it? Issue more shares at .05-0.08 per share or spin out scotia zinc? If anyone has any answers to these questions that would be great, if not I will contact management to ask them these questions.

Thanks,

Mark

Back to Hecla for 5 Millions. LOL. They´d be stupid to sell the mine. It is a cash cow once it is restarted. JMHO. Five

Management should sell their stock in RRO. They would get at least more than 2 Million Dollars. Enough to finance the restart of the zinc mine. Then sell zinc and lead and develope the gold assets with the money. If zinc and lead prices stay high, buy back stake in RRO. Just to simply to be right?Yours Five

I'm sure they would if they could find a buyer!

I would expect restart of the mine would cost a lot more than 2M,   Previous posts have mentioned amounts of 10M or more for the restart.  I suggest management will not/could not raise this through regular capital markets, although it could be possible for Golden River to bring the funds to the table - another massive dilution.   For these reasons, my guess would be that the company ...more

I BELIEVE THE DIRECTION THE NEW OWNERS AND MANAGEMENT TAKE WOULD BE TO SELL OFF THE MINE AND INCREASE GOLD OUNCES AND USE PROCEEDS OF POSSIBLY SALE OF STAKE IN ROYAL ROADS ANDPRESENT  MINE TO PUT GOLD INTO PRODUCTION . FIFITEEN MILE STEAM IS VERY EXCITING. AFTER THAT FOCUS ON REDUCTION ON OUTSTANDING SHARES

When you say you believe is that because you have esp or have you spoken with management? :)

spoke to investor relations. Also it would make sense  to go after gold and be rid of the potential decline again of zinc and lead prices. Although the mine with good basic prices would have been or could become a cash cow,Either way I feel that based on the new management they will get the share price moving up again as they all have a vested interest to do so.

Thanks, happy to hear that you spoke to them! I'd really like to see this start to consolidate the shares and hopefully be able to hold a price above .10 soon.
