My wish for AXi in 2012

AXI 2012 wish list.

1. That Roche Bay plc's partnership be finished, as I do not think the company will ever move ahead until that is done.

2. That they actually find a funding source, and get the money in the bank

3. That they consider a few different people for management who are not yes men. and that they consider a new CEO who talks a bit less to his friends.

4.  That they stop making nonsensical NR's, and instead wait until the deal is done, rather than the continued premature announcements.

5.  That the 2012 program planned and announced is actually the program they will undertake, and not be changed because the money was not there.

6. That they stay focused on their core projects

7. That they do not base their success on so many inovative ideas.  It is good to be a leader, but it is not good to be an experimenter.

Maybe then, we will see the sp move up in a concrete way instead of selling the story.

....about the nonsensical NR's; AEi's got that covered on their website where they give out the terms and directions of how the info on the website is to be use. Then there is the dis- claimer about  words like forward looking, etc., etc. About making changes to the board; RIM (Research In Motion) has set the example by getting rid of their 2 CEO's One here and the other overseas.

Do you ever sit back and see how nonsensical your e-mails are.  This last e-mail just proves it.  Do you think AXI makes up the disclaimers....have you ever thought that this is a legal requirement on all financial documents and nr that public companies must include...I'll leave it at that.

One problem is the company needs to raise hundreds of millions of fund to start the construction of the mine. It's unlikely that all the required funds will be raised by issuing debts, so it's likely that there will be further dilution to current shareholders because of issuing new shares.

Hello James: The company on it's own cannot raise the dollars required to build this mine.  It will neve happen...hence why they have a strategic partnership with Xinxing Pipes (state owned enterprise).  Once the DFS is completed, both AXI/XXP will make a decision as to whether or not they will sign the JV and move forward with production of this mine.  The signing of the JV
