Greenandgold, I agree mostly on what you said, however, i think a multi-billion dollar company like XXP can fund the initial 50 Million pretty fast. If and when this JV gets done, and it sure looks like it will be, the funds can be transferred in a split second. The nessesary talks and proceedures for transferring large amounts of money is no doubt being worked on, or has been worked on. To me, the transfer of 50 Million is not an issue.

I still think we see AXI split into two companies this year. Who knows maybe even three companies by the end of 2013 with Tuktu in the mix. Though it makes me wonder why XXP wouldnt also want Tuktu, I think they do. they want it all, and Tuktu sweetens the pot for the AXI/XXP JV. JMHO

Nice volume today, too bad ANON wants out so badly.

I'm not disputing that XinXing could wire AXI $50 million today. But can they do it legally? Every company that's formed a joint venture deal with the Chinese or Asians (see Adriana, Century Iron Ore, NML) has faced delays with negotiation, execution and government approval of the deals, and formation of joint venture vehicles. Northquest ltd at Whale Cove which is quite a bit souh of Roche Bay drilled 2,500 meters for $3.5 million this sum- mer, so your estimate at 1000 meters at a million $ is rather cheap especially when drilling into iron ore.
