DFS

I was wrong when I wrote my comment this morning, sorry. There is only one DFS that is planned to be released till the end of March. It will focus on a 5 Mtpa operation and a expansion to 10 Mtpa. AXI has everything to complete the DFS. There is no need for more drilling.

The sentence in the technical report (c-zone) can also be found in the 2011 May report on the c-zone. It's just a recommendation what should be done in the future. After a DFS there is always ongoing work (drilling, geo tech analysis) at a mine.

Not the same sentence in the 2011 May report, but a similar one. Why? Because they haven't completed the $20 million program. They've done some metallurgical studies but very little infill drilling, very little geo-technical drilling, very little detailed engineering. They've spent $4.5 on Roche Bay in 2011 (9-months ended September). So they've completed around 25% of the full $20 ...more

GreenandGold, Greenandgrizzly or whatever pen name you go by, I suggest you catch the TTC and go to booth 3342 (AXI) at the Toronto Convention Centre tomorrow and meet with their representatives. Perhaps you will be able to get some facts straight regarding their operation. I am tired of your continual refrain "The Russians are coming, The Russians are coming."

Just wondering if you can lease cut and paste where it states that at least 7 more geotechical drill holes are required to complete the DFS.  Please refer to the 2012 Technical Report just released on SEDAR.  Looking forward to it.

Hey Oldguy: Wasn't it Gago who said the CAPEX would come in around 3-4 billion?  Just looking at some of the numbers in the latest technical report...1.4 billion for a 10mtpa....960million for 5 mtpa...   I"ve already challenged the moron to meet me down at the booth but he doesn't have the balls to show up and talk with anyone..

He might have to sell the 3 shares of Altius that he owns to pay for the subway fair...
