Speaking of 20 million...

Didn't the original arrangement with XDIP mention 20 million to AXI at/for the completion of the DFS on RB-C? 

Does anyone here know the specifics of when/if AXI will see this cash from XDIP?

(Or if they've already received it?)

The RB project and Tuktu are seperate from each other.  With the FS completed, it will now be up to Xinxing and AXI (the board) to make a decision on whether to move forward with the project (i.e. construction phase).  Xinxing needs state approval on the project and once this is given, then the funds will get transferred to AXI.  In actual fact, there is $50 million to be ...more

Thanks RP. Apologies if I led you to believe I was confusing the 2 projects, which I'm not.  I only meant that the number "20 million" (as has been mentioned with Tuktu 2) reminded me that there was a 20 million tag attached to the DFS associated with RB-C. If I understand you correctly from your post, you are saying the 20 million attached to the DFS is contingent on XDIP ...more

Nobody is directly answering your question because they're afraid of stating the truth. * XinXing signed a framework agreement in 2010 with AXI. This agreement stated they would give AXI $20 million in cash (not debenture) to fund the feasibility study costs, and another $30 million upon delivery of a successful feasibility study and formation of a JV vehicle. * XinXing has done nothing to ...more
