Speaking of Panic

I'm curious, for you AXI longs, how long exactly are you willing to give AXI management to actually sign the Roche Bay JV, offtake and partnership agreements? It's been 2 years and 2 months since XinXing's involvement was press released. How much longer is reasonable to wait? How long before panic is called for?

*

Another month? Till calendar year end? Another year? Another 5 years? A decade?

*

At what point will you concede that I'm correct: the Roche Bay JV deal, in its current form, will never be signed by XinXing.

....at what point will you actually come out and tell us why you waste your time on this board and why you have such a hate for AXI.  Why do you change your name on a frequent basis?  You never seem to want to answer those questions do you.  If you want me to start posting on here all the stuff you've predicted that has not come true I can do that.  Like your bold statement ...more

Ok, RP Deluca, you've made yourself clear. I'll put you down for: will wait unlimited time for a signed Roche Bay JV deal.

You can put me down for whatever you want.  At the end of the day, you don't know what I do with AXI.  I might be a day trader, I might be a long time hold, I might have been in and out of this stock 3 or 4 times and made lots and lots of money...and I hope eveyone on this board has made money and will hopefully make money in the future...have a great upcoming long weekend everyone

The complete FS will be filed on SEDAR within the next 25 days. Then XDIP has all informations about the RB project to decide whether yes or no. It's not a question of years anymore. I recon that the insider trades in the past days are a good sign.

Why does XDIP have to wait until the feasibility study is filed publicly on SEDAR? AXI has a full copy of the report and can share it with anyone they like. The full report must be filed on SEDAR within 45 days, but that public filing requirement has nothing to do with XDIP. * XDIP certainly has a copy of the feasibility study (unless AXI is actively trying to anger their prospective partner ...more

What was delivered to AXI is a Draft FS...the Final FS is the official document filed on SEDAR and it gets passed to XDIP.  Of course XDIP has a copy of the draft FS but the official document is what gets submitted to the government and it's the only document they will look at and sign off on.  That document needs to be filed with SEDAR by Sept 24.

That's completely false. The NPV and IRR that AXI reported publicly in July is from a "draft FS"? Of course not. If it were a draft, then the NPV, capex and IRR results might change. Of course the numbers won't change. They are final. * AXI and XinXing have definitely received the definitive feasibility study from Tetra Tech. They are not required to file the report on SEDAR for ...more

Go and ask AXI PR, they will tell you what has been received from Tetra Tech and what not. When AXI announced the FS they did not have a FS draft in their hands, only a summary of the FS. The main numbers like NPV, OPEX, CAPEX...will not change. Only details are changed after the announcement of the FS. After 45 days the official report has to be released on SEDAR. To make it clear, when ...more
