All this good news, but the stock is flat

Since the time I've owned this, more than 10 years, the stocks has been flat with a peek at one point. The conversion to non-eligible didn't do much good either. Ive had an $18 sell in forever. I hope it hits it again one day. How does a stock have all this good news over the years and not move at all?

In ten years some bads news to. Check the olds news. The kicks pin here is the dividend. This stock never be a great "tenbaggers". I am in to ....for the dividend. It's possible than we will see a little high score but it's a spcial.
