Algernon Pharmaceuticals Inc. is a clinical-stage drug development company. Ifenprodil is a novel first-in-class potential treatment for chronic cough and AGN has received positive feedback from the US FDA for AGN's investigation of Ifenprodil's treatment of chronic cough alongside receiving US FDA Orphan Drug Designation for Ifenprodil for the treatment of IPF.
