Last Saturday I went out to the Houwelings Property to get a sense for myself
to see how big the property is. It is HUGE.
I wasn’t able to get on the property, it is quite secure, certainly couldn't
drive on it with the car. I walked around part of the property (over 1 Km).
The definitely are working on the part which I assumed they do first.
As part of being taken over, in my opinion is a non starter. The property
is big and the Houwelings won’t sell, they would be crazy. The Land is to valuable, also in the family for many years.
As the development progresses the share holders will be rewarded big time.
