if i read this right they're paying a $2 million fee along with 2 $250k fees for the right to borrow $7 million at interest rates that border on usury. then they're not going to make payments on this, just tack it on to the principal. is tony soprano working for brookfield?

Sadly Tony is dead but I agree with you that Paully Wallnuts or Sylvio Dante is making the rounds and collecting phenomenal "juice" on yet another Brookfield homerun loan....
