i dont think it should corncern too many investors; alternatives are 1. consolidation (generally over >1:10 turnout bad sp tends to deappricate in short to mid terms 3 to 6 months time) Option #2. trade on venture which generally experienceliquidility issues and trade volume tends to suffer.
Perhaps someone can clarify my concern, I understand armtec owes capitol to brookfield and now brookfields is looking to takeover armtect's assets possibily the entire business? Is that right?
If my assumption is right, than my next question; how have they (armtect) accumulated so much debt? is it to pay for their projects? If so, has the "Bill" not passed? Party who suppose to pay armtec for accepting their service upon completion.
Our family was in contruction business overseas many times we completed construction project for the government and due to changes in government there were huge delay receiving the payment.
Is that whats going on here?
I was very keen on buying in at 18c simply from the technical side to make a quick profit but see offering is now available at 8c i lost my interest. There is sometime going on with the company i don't know about.
Can someone fill me in...
Thanks in advance
