This is interesting but why Winnipeg Sun and not the financial papers? No notice from Armtec that I can find. I guess this is the beginning of the end of Armtec as we presently know it?

Not sure why Wpg. This is the company Brookfield set up as part of their loan to ARF. Not sure what exactly is happening, but some wheels are beginning to turn.

Whatever Brookfield is doing perhaps they want it under the radar as much as possible? Thus the Wpg Sun. maybe the "Coffee Time News" didn't qualify as an acceptable public notice.
