WHY

Why does AIS have a market cap of 7mm.? They are projecting up to 90,000,000 rev in the next 2 years .  What aren't peeps seeing here?

Have you read the November 18th press release?  A lot of share dilution there.  Exercise price of bonus warrants are worth more than the 5 month, $250,000 loan with 9.5% interest.  Deals like this do not exactly inspire confidence in management.  Shares briefly dipped back to 2 cents on Friday.

Hi Sam. I missed that release and I see why they put it out on a Friday afternoon.  Ridiculous terms. At least a 4 month hold on stock.  They are obviously desperate for cash. We just need to be able to hold out until March when Spey needs to buck up 6 mill USD to ais for their 20% of lithium property. We should hear soon on Pocitos 7 and 9 option.
