I also think one of the best statements he made is  - he would be unwilling to issue equity with the stock at its current price. Also stated there is plenty of opportuities for more deals and is willing to modify deals to include "common stock" which should give them more wins.

That should be music to investors ears. This is a very credible mgmt team and even though this is taking forever to turn i think we will see $23 by yr end. Then re-evaluate from there. AD is now my second largest holding with Aegon NV (AEG in new york),Insurance CO. great places to be in a rising rate environment. Divy investors should take a look at that one too. Up about 70% in a yr and a solid divy to boot. If interested i would use the DRIP then sell immediatley after and avoid the 15% US withholding tax
