With Q2 numbers coming out on Monday, the SP movement in the last two days would seem to imply that perhaps the numbers are good. Divy annoucement also didn't hurt given the recent speculation that they will cut the dividend.

Due to the nature of the business, numbers are fairly easy to predict. Basically there will be extra revenue for the loan they've cashed that had been written off and they may make capital gains or extra gains from the exits. This may boost the EPS but it's not really all that relevant for the future of Alaris. What we want to hear is the CC and where they're at for new investments.

Focus should definitely be on the CC and where they are for new investments like Caph said. I think the last two days of SP move up is more just recovery of the unwarranted drop from the Callidus spill over, even though there was no news or change of situation for Alaris. I ain't one to complain though, it was great opportunity to add while it lasted.
