U.S. Distribution

Does anyone know why all the press releases are prefaced with the disclaimer that it may not be distributed to the U.S.? Just curious as to why this is .... I haven't seen this with other stocks.

It's pretty common for non-US-listed stocks (google the disclaimer and you'll find many examples). Total guess: they don't want to worry about SEC disclosure rules.
