  Most likely because he doesn't see his options ever being exercised.  Most of the people have low paying salaries and options are the main reason for being there.  This is not a good thing and looks like new lows are coming.  Glta

He is gone because the company has become a joke and a $hit show. It is another indication of how rudderless they are. 2nd most importent exec out the door. It is a mockery that there are folks that come on this board defending execs who are not depfendable and after not doing anything but dilute shareholders and misrepresent prospects then boot it out the door with shareholders left holding the

Where did you hear this?  Are they finally realizing how incomptant he was and decided to hire somewone who can properly lead this company to financial success?  When he got hired the stock price was at .70 C and looking promising.  It's now leveled and stuck at .40C! Is he Benics scapegoat?  Hopefully Benic is next! Good news for AH never the less!

New leadership has nothing to do with it.  Benic will be Benic, say what you like about him but it all comes down to sales.  I thought the Unifor deal would transform them into something unstoppable or better yet attainable through an acquisition along with Eugmp but that has not begun or slow to be started?  It will come as well as Eugmp.  Till then the drip will continue

the unifor deal will take awhile to be fully active its probably based on negotiation during contract renews they got ford in i think and another automotive but unifor is way more than automotive its telecom / energy/ railway/forestery /media / mining / areospace etc..
