Quite Ironic...The entire board and management( Except for Benic) were able to pick up shares at .10 Cents... they were all listed as an Acquisition or disposition under a prospectus exemption. Thats cause Benic bought 118,000 at 0.425 less than 5 months ago. Its kind of comical that no matter what they do the protractor's always got an angle on it. Oh its only $75,000.00.
